Enrolling in any courses offered by or through the Institute for Strategic Negotiations or The Business Development Academy or any of their affiliates is no guarantee of growth or success in your career. Your career growth and professional opportunities are a function of many factors such as strength of the economy, your commitment to hard work, opportunities in your company and clients' willingness to pay for services you offer. The foregoing holds true for pursuing and / or attaining the Certified Negotiator designation from The Institute for Strategic Negotiations.

The Institute for Strategic Negotiations reserves the right to revoke anyone's benefits of being a Certified Negotiator if, upon the sole judgment of The Institute for Strategic Negotiations, a person violates or infringes upon INS' or BDA's intellectual property. This includes purchasing a single use license from The Institute for Strategic Negotiations or BDA and then distributing it beyond the licensee. This also includes distributing, publishing or conveying questions posed on the INS quizzes anywhere or to anyone. The Institute for Strategic Negotiations and BDA reserve the right to order infringers to cease using such designations as "Fellow at The Institute for Strategic Negotiations" or "Scholar at The Institute for Strategic Negotiations" and to ban such infringers from using its designations for life.

In the event that The Institute for Strategic Negotiations or The Business Development Academy or any of their affiliates enters into a corporate combination or is required as a function of law or dispute with a third party, is required to change its designation from Certified Negotiator to something else, you agree to hold The Institute for Strategic Negotiations or The Business Development Academy or any of their affiliates and principals harmless for any costs or inconveniences that you incur should it be necessary to change the title of the Certified Negotiator.

Only courses for which you are registered through The Institute for Strategic Negotiations or The Business Development Academy will be credited to your candidacy for The INS' Certified Negotiator designation.

The Institute for Strategic Negotiations and The Business Development Academy reserve the rights to change this disclaimer or terms of issuing the Certified Negotiator designation at its sole discretion at any time.
